Due to the nature of precious stones and precious metals as high-value and market-sensitive assets, the following refund terms apply:

1. Final Sale Items

All confirmed and completed transactions involving precious metals and stones are generally considered final due to market price volatility.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product significantly different from description
  • Verified damage during delivery

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Verification Process

Returned items must undergo inspection and verification before approval of any refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Market price fluctuations after purchase
  • Buyer’s change of mind
  • Delays caused by external logistics providers
